4 hour layover in Taipei Airport
I wondered around looking at food menus for a long time, before I decided on the Lao Dong Beef Noodle shop. Yes, most of the items on the menu were beef, but they did have one seafood, noodle soup dish that looked great so I tried that. I’m really glad I did! Not only was it super tasty, they also gave me a side of hot paste that took it up a notch, and the iced tea was also delicious. The ceramic bowl was lovely too - even with my empty shells. I’m assuming the beef dishes are great too, as that is what the shop is known for. I highly recommend this place!
